We'll be dancing to uplifting sing-along greatest hits spanning across several decades.

You can take part in 2 ways:

  • In a virtual room, on zoom. Every weekday, 8.45 - 9am CET (7.45 - 8am UK time) with no need to dress for the occasion. Most of us dance in our pyjamas and bathrobes, with no make up and no filters. Just show up as you are and dance to feel good, not to look good. 
  • Offline, in your own time. If zoom dancing isn't for you, you can dance offline to the daily playlist that you'll receive through the mailing list.
